Drake is arguably be the biggest Raptors stan out there, but we can’t forget that he’s also a living, breathing meme generator. Since the NBA told him to cool it on the whole fanboy thing (spoiler: he didn’t), he went about some other methods of psyching out the Golden State Warriors at Game One of the NBA Finals (which Raps won 118-109, thank you very much). More specifically, he went all in on Golden State point guard Steph Curry.

There was some speculation ahead of the game that Drake might have split loyalties since he literally has Steph Curry and Kevin Durant’s numbers tattooed on his bicep. As soon as he was spotted at the game, it was pretty clear Drizzy wasn’t going to let his love for Steph and KD interfere with his Raptors passion. Not only did he cover the tattoos with an armband, Drake wore a signed Dell Curry Raptors jersey. Dell Curry, Steph’s father, played three years for the Raptors when Steph was in his pre-teens. Wearing your rival’s dad’s jersey? It’s a bold move, Drake.

Oh and he didn’t stop there. Drake is ALWAYS doing the most. In a heated confrontation (which we assume was all in good fun), Drake picked a little piece of lint off of Curry’s head. Seems harmless, right? Well now he’s selling that little piece of lint on ebay. Weird flex, Drake.

It looks like he’s taken the posting down (or it was never real to begin with) but if you want to pay top dollar for some lint that probably didn’t come from Steph Curry’s hair, there are a bunch of people fake-selling “Steph Curry hair lint” on ebay right now.

Drake got a lot of attention Thursday night but he wasn’t the only celeb face in the crowd. Many former Raptors showed up to support the team including Chris Bosh, Isiah Thomas, Charles Oakley and Dell Curry. Some of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Argonauts came to cheer on their fellow Toronto team too. Rapper E-40 was also in attendance, though repping Golden state, and struck up a friendly rivalry with Drake on the sidelines. We’re obviously Team Drake on this one, but he needs to get a sparkly Raptors jacket.

In other celebrity Raps support, there was former Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Canadian broadcasting legend Peter Mansbridge and some literal Mounties. Other notable Canadians like Jessi Cruickshank, Lilly Singh and Blue Jays pitcher Marcus Stroman showed their support remotely.
