Some countries have a way of embracing winter that could impress even the most frigid of Canadians.
Norway is one of them.
Moscow-based filmmaker Igor Byrko released a new drone video he shot in January that features incredible views of the Lofoten archipelago, high up in the Arctic Circle. Picturesque frozen peaks surround quaint, inviting little towns in a montage of footage that will almost be enough to convince you to fly somewhere that is (probably) even colder than where you are now.
And since we all know how challenging it would be to do that, you should check out the video above. It will give you a whole new impression of a country you likely don’t know much about.
