Energy Bites

WHAT YOU NEED:

For the energy bite base

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

For the peanut butter chocolate

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup peanuts

WHAT YOU DO:

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Roll dough out into 1 inch balls.

Orange Cranberry flavour

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Roll dough out into 1 inch balls.

Lemon Blueberry flavour

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 lemon, zested
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Roll dough out into 1 inch balls and enjoy!

Protein Bites

These are the best enjoyed post-workout!

WHAT YOU NEED:

For the protein bite base

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

Here are the recipes for three different flavours you can add on to the protein bite base recipe:

Lemon Poppyseed

  • 2 lemons, zested
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
    1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Roll into 1 inch balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer.

    Strawberry Shortcake

    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    • 1 cup dried strawberries, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Roll into 1 inch balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer.

    Oatmeal Cookie

    • 1/2 cup raisins
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    1. Set aside 1/2 cup of oats. Place all remaining ingredients into your food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the raisins and remaining oats. Roll into 1 inch balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
