Mushrooms are, without a doubt, one of the best and most delicious sources of plant-based protein out there. It’s a quiet food, often overlooked, but it definitely can’t be duplicated. Mushrooms are the only vegetarian food that can make vitamin D, and 100g of raw mushroom contains only 22 calories! Here to show us exactly how to make hearty and healthy meals using this star ingredient is food expert Andrea Buckett, who brought two recipes that will keep you coming back for more…even if you don’t love mushrooms!
