Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's house is already pretty packed: their two children, Luna and Miles, her mom, Vilailuck, as well as bulldog, Paul, and their two French bulldogs, Penna and Pippa all live under one roof. But because their life wasn't exciting enough, they figured they'd add a fourth puppers to the mix.It was outspoken animal and rescue activist Ellen DeGeneres who spread the word on the "dire situation" of the family of 10 dogs a few days ago. The mom, dad and their eight puppies had never been to a vet, and needed funds to cover those medical costs before they could be permanently homed. And within days, there was a ton of interest from many — including Chrissy and John, who got their pick of the litter, thanks to the "love connection" made by Ellen. The Wagmor Luxury Pet Hotel & Spa announced that the poodle puppies would soon be ready but their focus was "getting them healthy." Soon after, the pups all received "a clean bill of health" and were ready to be adopted. Enter the Legends. Chrissy, John, Luna and Miles were fresh off of a vacation in Turks and Caicos when they picked up their new little one. In the first of a series of posts, Chrissy took to Instagram to welcome Petey to the family and thanked both Ellen and Wagmor for "making us aware of this adorable little rescue family." As for Petey, well, the "little guy grabbed our heart first and will hold onto it forever!"

Since that clearly didn't go over well, Luna decided to use her cuteness to her advantage. And she gets extra savvy points for snuggling next to Petey, doubling down on the adorable.
And let's not leave out her little brother. Miles is also a little in love with their new addition, and knew how to give just the right amount of kisses.
It was in March 2018 that Teigen and Legend's beloved bulldog, Puddy, died. He was with them for a decade and they were obviously devastated when he passed.
Puddy will always be a part of the dog-loving family, just like Petey will fit right in. If he only knew what he's gotten himself into. Lucky little dude.[video_embed id='-1']Service dog gets protective when meeting raptor from Jurassic Park[/video_embed]
