Jennifer Lopez was forced to cancel her concert at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night when a major power outage hit Manhattan.

Fans were living their best life at the “It’s My Party Tour” when the arena went black and the show abruptly stopped. Lopez returned to the stage without a mic to tell people within earshot that the power was down across the city. Eventually, an announcement informed the attendees to “calmly and quietly” leave the building—Madison Square Garden’s emergency lighting meant fans were able to depart safely.

But JLo was more than a little upset. “Devastated and heartbroken that I can’t perform for all of you tonight,” she wrote on Instagram as super-sad and upset fans evacuated. “We will make this up to you, I promise! I love you!!”

Like the absolute icon she is, JLo wasted no time at all keeping that promise. Just hours later, she made good on her word and announced that she would return to Madison Square Garden on Monday night to perform a rescheduled show.

“If everything goes well and the power comes back on, MSG is working feverishly to make this happen, I have said that I will come back on Monday to do the show we didn’t do tonight,” she explained in a video. “One more time! No blackouts this time!  We will have the most amazing celebration ever.”

Shout-out to JLo for being a true class act. Let’s hope nothing interrupts tonight’s show!
