The seventh season of Game of Thrones is just about to wrap up and you know what that means: death, death and more death for our favourite characters.
Yes, deep down, we all knew that (at least one) beloved good guy would befall a tragic fate by the season’s end, and showrunners, David and Dan, didn’t disappoint. Danny’s not-so-little dragon, Viserys, who planned on taking down the army of the undead and ending Queen Cersei’s evil reign with his two other badass siblings, met his untimely death during episode six.
If you didn’t cry out when Viserys was shot out of the sky by the most annoying White Walker ever, you’re in the minority. The people of the internet took to social media to express their understandable grief and to find some light in this never-ending darkness.
First we were excited to see all three dragons, but then…

Some questioned their attachment to CGI creatures
OMG I can’t rewatch it. I can’t. I’ve cried less over real pets dying in real life than this friggin’ CGI dragon dying on #GameOfThrones

Rest in peace, good guy Viserys. We are definitely not looking forward to seeing the undead version of you screw everything up.
