Hipsters Cyclists everywhere, rejoice.

In a one-day stunt, two McDonald’s chains, one in Copenhagen, Denmark and the other in Medellin, Colombia, offered McBikes to its carryout customers. The little boxes of wonderfulness, molded to fit a burger, fries and a Coke, are designed to hang from your bike’s handlebars, and are obviously meant to promote a healthier lifestyle.

This obviously works in bike-friendly cities like Copenhagen, and McDonald’s is considering rolling this out in Tokyo and Amsterdam, where the bike is also king. We’re not too sure how this would work in suburban areas or cities reliant almost entirely on cars, but it’s a cool start for McDonald’s, which is working overtime on revamping its unhealthy image.

It’s also smart to hit the hipsters with this, but the fast-food company had better be careful: once-cool things become uncool so fast, this could be over before it even begins.
