Sometimes, fashion leaves us scratching our heads. Take these $500 upside down jeans for instance, or what about this $400 denim belt or this $180 dollar Prada paper clip? Well, just when you thought fashion could surprise you no more, Fendi comes on in and offers us this $1,280 scarf that looks kinda like a… well, why don’t you have a look:

Uh, huh, with its flesh-like folds and strategically placed fur, it really does look like something else, doesn’t it? And in case you were interested, the very expensive ‘Touch of Fur’ shawl also comes in blue and red. It’s made of a gorgeous silk-wool blend (monogrammed with the Fendi logo, of course) and fox fur.
Naturally, like with all things accidentally genital related, the internet had a field day.
The color isn’t flattering on me, but, otherwise, I’m here for a scarf that recalls my emergence from my mother’s body.

We know. It’s a lot to take in. Was it deliberate? Was it accidental? Is it worth that hefty price tag solely as a conversation starter? Is it actually sold out, or did it even exist in the first place? Whatever it is, it’s got everyone talking. And you know what they say, there’s no such thing as bad publicity. Plus, if you did want that blue or red version, they’re only a click away.
