You don’t have to suffer to be healthy. You don’t even have to overhaul your entire lifestyle (well, unless you’re living a life of debauchery and, in that case, an overhaul might be in order). For the most part all you need to do is make some small changes, so small that it’ll take you no effort — and no time — to feel better.
In fact, let’s not even call the tips in Buzzfeed’s latest video “changes.” Really, they’re tweaks that are so minor you might be caught off-guard by how much better you feel. By making the teeniest of adjustments, it’s nice to know you can get huge results.
Or, you can go for a run, or do hot yoga, or swim laps. But that’s real work. Blech. We’ll stick with the tips in the video above, thank you very much.
