A brand new year is always a good chance to try and cook different types of food, from different countries. That doesn’t mean we have to empty our bank accounts to travel and see what’s out there; we can try new dishes in our own homes.

Colombian chef (and the executive chef at Toronto’s Momofuko Kōjin), Paula Navarette, stopped by today to show us a couple of Colombian recipes for us to try. Inspired by the meat, produce, and the sweetness of Colombian cuisine (and her grandmothers’ cooking of course), she dropped by The Social to share four recipes.
