It’s Pancake Tuesday and here at The Social, that means we’ll be having breakfast for dinner! If you’re tired of the same ol’ pancakes, don’t fret. We called in the pro, Camille Moore, to share some creative twists to shake up your pancake game.

Before we get to the recipes, here are some tips for making the perfect pancakes at home:

  • No matter the temperate and timing outlined in mine or any recipe, always stay close to your stove when you’re making pancakes and keep an eye on cooking progress. Every stove is different, and things may vary according to the type of pan you use.
  • Cook pancakes in oil for a crispy golden crust, but unsalted butter, or a combo of oil and butter works too.
  • Let batter sit 5-10 minutes to relax before cooking (this makes for tender pancakes).
  • As you finish making each batch, keep them warm in the oven at 200°F while you make the rest.
