What have you done with your life? Seriously, that’s the question you can’t help but ask yourself when you hear about this four-year-old girl, who already has her own clothing line.

Meet Mayhem, the adorable tot whose paper dresses and designs have taken the Internet by storm, and will now be featured at J.Crew with a summer 2015 capsule collection. That’s right — J.Crew is taking the little girl’s arts and crafts and turning them into actual clothes that little wannabe fashionistas can purchase.

Mayhem (whose design moniker comes from her “free-spirited attitude”) is currently featured on the retailer’s blog in a photo essay showcasing her crazy design skills (as helped by her parents). Think jeweled flowers, sparkly headbands and free-flowing dresses that have us wishing summer was already here.

“Let’s not even call it designing a collection,” Mayhem’s mom, Angie, wrote on her daughter’s blog #FashionByMayhem shortly after J.Crew reached out via email. “Here’s how it went down…  Mayhem and her new crew all sat down on the floor and played. And made stuff. Out of paper and tape and beads and glue and crayons. And they laughed and hugged and had more fun than I would have imagined. And then they sprinkled their magic J.Crew fairy dust on it and turned paper into fabric. And when it was time to go, Mayhem cried. Because she didn’t want to leave.”

Judging by some of the little girl’s other designs, we’re sure she’ll get another chance to do it all again in the near future. Take a look for yourselves and get ready to be impressed.

Practicing. And totally happy 🙂 #fashionbymayhem
