Everyone knows Vancouver as a food city with a lot of great places to eat and people who love to plan their day around where they’re going to dine. Now, a new book is celebrating the best dishes from the west coast city.

Vancouver Eats boasts a collection of original and innovative dishes by chefs who’ve helped put the city on the culinary map. All of the recipes have been designed with home cooks in mind and it’s the perfect book for those who want to recreate their favourite dining experiences in their own home.

Chef Ned Bell is one of the chefs featured in the book and he dropped by the Your Morning kitchen to share some of his Vancouver-inspired dishes.
