Gigi Hadid is finally setting the record straight on those famous cheeks and brows of hers, and no she doesn’t rely on fillers, thank you very much. At least not yet. The 25-year-old model opened up in an Instagram Live conversation and makeup tutorial with Maybelline makeup artist Erin Parsons recently, where she revealed that despite the many rumours to the contrary, she has never had any fillers injected into her face.“People think I do fillers on my face, and that’s why my face is round—I’ve had this since I was born,” she said. “Especially fashion month, when I was already like, a few months preggo. I think I have the cheeks already so there’s not a lot to fill in.” Of course, the mother-to-be’s cheeks aren’t the only subject of speculation on the internet so she also spilled the tea on those stellar arching brows. Gigi said she doesn’t shape them—they’ve been god’s gift to her since she was born. "It's so funny, the things you see online. People think that I shape my brows, like I shape my brows really arched. If you look at baby pictures of me, I've had these crazy arched brows since I was born," she added.Hadid was clear, however that she doesn't hold any judgement if people do choose to alter their appearances—not doing it herself is a personal choice. “For those wondering, I’ve never injected anything into my face," she said. "I’m so happy for everyone to do whatever they want that makes them happy and makes them feel more comfortable and good about themselves. Me personally, it terrifies me. I feel like I’m too much of a control freak that I’m like, what if it goes wrong?” She added that people shouldn't take her comments to mean she's never insecure about her looks.“People are so fast to do permanent things to their face. I accept myself how it is. That doesn’t mean I don’t have insecurities sometimes," she continued. "For special occasions, you can sculpt your nose a little bit or do whatever with makeup. Makeup is such a beautiful tool to help you feel your best for special moments but to also accept your beautiful face for exactly how God made it and your mama and dada."[video_embed id='1948605']RELATED: Gigi and Zayn are expecting a beautiful baby together [/video_embed]As for whether Hadid’s face will change following pregnancy? She doesn’t seem the least bit concerned. When Parsons brought up the possibility of Hadid’s nose or cheeks changing, the model completely shrugged it off. “Maybe. Don’t worry. I’m happy with the natural process of the world,” she added.Hadid is about five months pregnant, expecting her first child, a girl, with partner Zayn Malik in September. The couple are currently quarantining with Gigi's mother Yolanda at the family farmhouse. "They've been through their ups and downs, but neither stopped caring about the other," a source told People recently, revealing Hadid and Malik are “thrilled” for their upcoming addition. "They've jumped on the timing of having a baby and are preparing for their new lives."The Instagram chat marked the second time Hadid has spoken about the pregnancy in a public forum. Last month, she opened up about the baby in an interview with Jimmy Fallon. "Obviously we wish we could’ve announced it on our own terms, but we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well wishes and support." Hadid said. "I’m trying [to be present for every part of it]. Especially during this time, it’s a nice silver lining to be able to be home and together and really experience it."Hands up if you’re counting down the days until we can compare chubby-cheeked baby photos.[video_embed id='-1']BEFORE YOU GO: This cat is totally done with quarantine and working from home [/video_embed]
