Having siblings isn’t easy — especially during your younger years. If you’re a women who had to put up with a sometimes-annoying-but-also-lovable brother while growing up, you’ll probably remember teasing them (and getting teased) endlessly.

An eight-year-old girl was clearly annoyed with her bro when she penned this “chilling” list. It’s about what she needs to do once her older brother Ethan happens to disappear.

Ethan's gone list

If you can’t make out her handwriting, here’s what it says:

Ethans Gone List

Take Ethans Bedroom
Take his money
Hammer his legos
Sell Blackbear [A giant stuffed animal their mom hooked at a Dave & Busters)
rip mikecraft poster
dye his carpet pink
Hammer everything he loves

You might be shocked. How can one little girl be oh-so-mean, right? But admit it, you would have totally acted the same way. Don’t you remember belting out the Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen classic “Brother For Sale” (and reducing the price to “free”)?

Now the list doesn’t seem so evil does it? Anyway, all the mom has to do is stick the brother-sister duo in this shirt:

our-get-along-shirt

However, their mom, a Reddit user lala989 who uploaded the list to the site, says no such shirt will be needed. According to her, Ethan and his litter sister get along like every other sibling duo. And she says that although her little girl is only eight, she’s wise beyond her years. After receiving some concerned comments from other Redditors, she said this:

“My kids write a lot of dramatic comics and such for fun, she likes shock value and she’s eight. She wrote this right in front of me, and her reading level is sixth/seventh grade. So while you may not think an eight year old is capable of joking in this manner, she’s grown up with a lot of sarcasm and her brother thought the letter was hilarious.”

Phew, looks like Ethan and big Blackbear are safe…for now at least.
