When a Florida grandma decided to put her house up for sale she knew what she had to do to get it on the market quickly.

She cleaned the place up, made it look inviting and then asked her daughter to take some photos for a local real estate guide. But not just any kind of photos. These were special photos. Photos that some would say are worth a bajillion dollars.

Instead of taking boring generic shots of all the rooms, the likes of which we’ve seen thousands of times, 86-year-old Yolie Ball posed in every single photo. And the results are priceless, to say the least.

She’s in the living room casually reading a magazine, in the kitchen just chillin’, sippin’ on a cup of coffee in what looks to be a fabulous sunroom and best of all, sneakily hiding in the bathroom.

When Ball’s granddaughter took a look at the photos she thought they were hilarious and shared them on Twitter.

The photos have, to no one’s surprise, gone viral and are popping up on people’s Facebook and Twitter timelines all over the world.

Ball told ABC News that her phone has been ringing off the hook since the tweet went out. If we lived in Florida, we’d be giving Mrs. Ball a call too. She’s the coolest grandma out there.

Offers are clearly coming in by the minute, but we’re sure most potential buyers will only part with their bajillion dollars if Yolie comes with the house.
