Ever wondered what you would get if you you combined a hit pop song, a professional Jewish singing troupe and the holiday of Channukah all into one? Well, wonder no more, because YouTube has provided us with an answer.

Six13, a New York-based six-man a cappella troupe, have transformed Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off” into an ode to the Festival of Lights, which begins tonight at sundown. Replace references to haters gonna hate, hate, hate with references to eight, eight, eight (nights), a full explanation of how to play dreidel (still a mystery to this member of the tribe), and even a quick little history about the holiday. All of this (as well as a little freestyle dance interpretation) wrapped into a four minute harmonic ditty that would give Adam Sandler and his “Channukah Song” a run for his holiday gelt.

So make sure you hit play, play, play, play, play (sorry, we couldn’t resist) and enjoy this little holiday tune. Chag Sameach!
