You know how we all plan to set intentions and resolutions for the New Year, but it rarely happens? Like, we’re supposed to do it, but it’s tough to commit to something new. If you’re already suffering from resolution fatigue (hey, we see you and we get you), treat yourself to a real dose (or six) of inspiration with a new show from Crave that will have you booking a spin class, planning a trip, donating to charity and weeping all at once. But like, in a good way.
Healthy is Hot is the new ultra-inspiring Crave Original hosted by none other than etalk‘s own Chloe Wilde. The six-part first season follows Chloe on a cross-Canada journey as she tries all those exciting (and a little scary) new things we all might want to give a go.
The show is an extension of the health and fitness blog Chloe began with the intention of breaking down the toxic perception that you have to look a certain way to be “healthy.” There’s also a podcast for an extra auditory kick of that same inspo.

Contrary to what the name might imply, this series isn’t only about physical fitness—it’s about overall well-being and human experience. That means, even if your resolutions aren’t health-related, there’s totally something here for you. Want to travel more? Want to try more exotic foods? Want to focus on your mental health? Want to do what you can to take care of the planet? It’s all there.
Even if you’re not totally sure you need or want to make a change in your life (hey, if you’re happy, you’re happy!), Healthy is Hot is still an awesome adventure watch. If you’ve already made your way through everything Anthony Bourdain has ever done, finished up Jack Whitehall’s adventures with his dad and concluded your fifth watch of the entire Queer Eye catalogue, you’re in the right place for your next lifestyle/travel/foodie obsession.
The entire six-episode first season of Healthy is Hot will drop on Crave.ca on January 10 for your binging pleasure.
