The holidays are here, which means the season of indulgence has arrived once again.

Between the endless supply of chocolate snacks and the rum-laced eggnog at every office party, it’s hard not to give in here and there. Tis the season, after all. But since nobody wants to look like Santa Claus come January, we decided to compare all these treats to help you pick the lesser of two holiday evils. That way you can indulge, and still be (kind of) healthy. That’s why we spoke with Moira Cockburn, a Professor and Program Coordinator of the Culinary Management and Nutrition program at George Brown College in Toronto. We sifted through all that festive fare to find out which snacks were healthier than others, so you won’t have to worry about it.
