If your job is your passion, it’s probably hard to imagine an illness preventing you from doing what you love. Stacey Trottier-Mousseau knows all about that.

After serving in the Canadian Armed Forces for 17 years, she had to say goodbye to her dream job when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2006. But now she’s representing our country in a different way.

This month she’ll compete as part of Team Canada at the Invictus Games in Sydney, Australia—an international sporting event for wounded, injured and ill veteran and active service personnel. The 2018 Invictus Games will run from October 20-27.

To track Team Canada’s progress, follow the team on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and to watch daily highlights, tune into Sportscentre on TSN throughout the games.

Good luck to Stacey and all of our Canadian athletes!
