Eating your greens is one thing, but knowing which greens are the healthiest is another.

A recent study published by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention tallied up the top 41 most nutrient-dense foods. Based on 17 critical things our bodies need, like fibre, potassium, protein and a few vitamins, the researchers were able to find what fruits and vegetables will give you the most nutritional bang for your buck (because we all know how expensive food is these days).
