Talking to your  young kids about adult issues is never easy, but with physical distancing becoming a reality for many around the globe, it's increasingly becoming a unavoidable. How do you go about telling your children about the virus without scaring them, though? Some, like Alec and Hilaria Baldwin, are choosing not to tell them about it at all.In an interview with Howard Stern, the Baldwins said that if they need to talk about the virus, they'll go into a different room. “No point in contaminating them with fear and so forth. We want them to be kids and enjoy their lives and enjoy their day.” Alec explained. It seems like it would be pretty difficult to keep that up forever, especially with how much everyday life has been affected by COVID-19. Hilaria said that her children have been already been asking about the coronavirus. So, what do you do if they flat-out ask what's going on?Hilaria explained that, if they were to ask, she wouldn't lie about the virus. Instead, she'd reassure her kids that they're safe, that the family is going to be fine, but they need to live differently for a while. What do you think?
