If you’ve ever put a hole in your wall, you know the drill. (See what we did there?) As soon as that metal bit starts spinning, the paint chips and the drywall flies, and in seconds, you’re left with an annoying mess of debris.
But there’s an easy solution to keep things from getting too out of hand: a Post-It note. Basically, you stick the tiny square of paper to the wall just below where you’re going to drill the hole. Next, bend the paper to create a 45 to 50-degree angle, so the fold can collect all of the gnarly particles.
