How to wear one dress, four ways

We’re well into holiday party season now, and if you’re one of those people who doesn’t want to get caught on Instagram wearing the same thing twice, this time of year can be especially challenging. Buying something new for every occasion is a little unrealistic, though, so stylist Erica Wark stopped by to show us four different ways to style the same dress for all of the parties yet to come. LOOK 1

To make this dress look a little more formal, remove the belt and pair with sheer black tights and a classic patent pump. Because this dress is a blank canvas, you can have a lot of fun with your accessories, so try a metallic headband and a pair of statement earrings.

LOOK 2

A really easy and effective way to change the look of your dress is with a pair of embellished tights. Keep the bling going by adding a belt, statement earrings and hair pins all in the same colour.

LOOK 3

Another great way to change up your look is by wearing a blazer dress like this over a pair of jeans. Then add a festive pop of colour in your accessories, like a red bag and matching pump.

LOOK 4

Give this dress another completely different look by popping it over a printed turtleneck and faux leather leggings. Add a wide belt to give the dress a nice shape, and then finish off the look with a long coat in your favourite colour.
