Actor Hugh Jackman has been working out…and we just want to say thank you.

The Aussie actor is in training to grow out his mutton chops and throw some blades into his knuckles to reprise his title role for the third film in the Wolverine franchise.

Jackman first took on the iconic role back in 2000 when he was 31 years old. For most actors, the task of playing a character that doesn’t age is a daunting one, but for Jackman, it’s the role of an anti-aging lifetime.

The huge jacked man (we’re sure that joke has never been made) is featured in a one-minute video posted today showing the workout routine he uses to stay ripped for Wolverine. We checked our Fitbit and burned 87 calories just by watching the video.

This isn’t the first time Jackman has shared his gym progress. The actor regularly updates his Instagram with gym pics, like this one…

Jackman also posts pictures of his healthy pre and post workout meals, but we find those a little less… exciting.

We don’t know which is more impressive – Jackman’s workouts, or how many different hairstyles he’s sported in the last few months. Just kidding, it’s totally the workouts.

The upcoming Wolverine sequel is filming now and set to be released sometime in 2017. Fingers crossed those muscles will be coming at us in 3D.
