Happy (belated) New Year  to all and especially to Lady Gaga and her new potential beau! Gaga was performing in Vegas for the festivities but she wasn’t wearing a "Poker Face" when she snogged a handsome gentleman as confetti rained down upon them. And we hate to break it to you, but we can confirm the man was, in fact, not Bradley Cooper. Rude.We know, we know, A Star is Born was just a movie, and their hand-holding at all the film festivals and red carpets was just a testament to their deep friendship, and their sizzling-hot performance at the Oscars last year was just for show, but... BUT... come on, we need something to believe in. Just let us have this.In a video posted to social media (yes, there's a video!), Gaga looks dazzling in a sparkling glittery floor-length gown with a shock of pink hair swept back from her face and piled high into a half-ponytail—full marks for stellar NYE style. As the countdown hits midnight, she and her man (boyfriend? boy who is a friend?) rise to their feet for a breathtaking smooch. It looks like the gorgeous end to a New Year's-themed rom-com—definitely not a "Bad Romance."

When the video was posted online Thursday night, social media went wild with comments (Little Monsters are happy for Mama M) and a bit of speculation. There was also a clearer video shot of Gaga and the mystery man holding hands outside the venue to fuel the desperate identity search. For now, fans are coming up empty on who her new beau might be and Gaga herself is keeping her lips sealed. We're just glad you're enjoying yourself, hun.Naturally, the Bradga’s were not having it. C'mon now guys, she’s on the "Edge of Glory" here, stop being so "Shallow."Our fame monster has had some fresh breakups in recent memory, like last year shortly before the Oscars when she and Christian Carino called off their engagement. Then during the summer, she was spotted with audio engineer Dan Horton but called herself a “single lady” in an Instagram Story a short time later, confirming their breakup. So if Gaga has found a new love, that is the 2020 mood we want for her.  All we’ve ever wanted was a happy Gaga.
