Dreams do come true, at least in Super Bowl commercials. Hyundai’s ad this year introduces us to a town populated with different versions of Ryan Reynolds. As Salt-n-Pepa’s “Whatta Man” plays in the background, two unsuspecting women drive their Elantra through the suburban streets while passing Reynolds after Reynolds. Yes, they have entered Ryanville — and it is a glorious place to visit, live, retire in, die in, whatever.

The Ryan Reynolds clones are seen riding a bicycle, getting a speeding ticket, giving a speeding ticket, working on a construction crew and playing an intense game of football. The women struggle to keep their eyes on the road, but nearly end up crashing into — who else? — Reynolds, walking a bunch of dogs (that, fortunately, do not look like the actor).

The advert shows how the latest model features auto emergency braking and pedestrian detection technology which will stop the car by itself, even if the driver is distracted. And nothing will distract you more than a bunch of Ryan Reynoldses. Not that you need any extra warning when Ryan (or dozens of Ryans) are roaming about.

This is the town we want to live in. Please direct us to real estate listings — stat!
