Any opportunity to look as fabulous as Olivia Pope is definitely one we’re taking. If you have one goal in life it should be to look as much like Washington D.C.’s fiercest (fictional) crisis consultant as humanly possible. Kerry Washington knows how much you want to be Olivia and she’s partnered with O.P.I. to work on the Washington D.C. Fall 2016 collection of nail polish. The line includes polishes all inspired by Washington (as in the place, not Kerry) as well as three that are specifically created by Washington (as in Kerry). They have names like ‘C.I.A. – Colour Is Awesome,’ ‘Shh… It’s Top Secret’ and ‘Freedom of Peach.’

Did you really think you were going to get away with Olivia Pope-inspired products without a good political statement? Think again! This is Olivia Pope we’re talking about. The collection also includes some powerful shades of red named ‘We the Female’ and–wait for it–‘Madam President.’ Not sure if they’re referring to Scandal’s presidential hopeful, Mellie Grant or Hillary Clinton, but either way, we’re pretty happy.

Of course, the collection has signature Kerry in it too. She posted a photo of herself during Scandal filming wearing the nude shade ‘Inside the ISABELLEtway’ and talked about how important this new darker nude is to her. She said, ‘There’s a beautiful neutral for brown girls. Nude when I was growing up didn’t always mean nude for me.’ This is part of her mission to #RedefineNude in beauty and fashion. She even named the shade after her daughter: ‘there’s a phrase in Washington called ‘Inside the beltway,’ so it’s called “Inside the ISABELLEtway.’ Awwe!

The polish comes out today and will be available in locations where O.P.I. products are sold. So go forth and embrace your inner Olivia Pope–and your inner HWIC (Head Woman In Charge).
