No drama from (one of) Marc Anthony’s baby mamas
For anyone hoping that Anthony and Jennifer Lopez would reunite, well, we’re here to bring you bad news: Anthony is engaged to longtime girlfriend, model Shannon De Lima. The good news? J.Lo is still broken up from Casper Smart.
When asked how she felt about her ex’s upcoming marriage, she told New York Daily News (via Us Weekly), “I’m happy for him,” adding, “I am totally single. It’s not going to be forever. Someone great will come along.”
The proposal actually happened in March but their nups will take place in the Dominican Republic this month, maybe even next weekend. Hmm, maybe Lopez will even attend with her and Marc’s kids. Here’s hoping there’s no drama and the right name gets said.
Is Jerry Seinfeld autistic?
Maybe. At the very least, Seinfeld thinks he falls somewhere on the autism spectrum. In an interview with NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams, the comedian explained that he is still trying to find out exactly who he is as a person, has learned more about autism spectrum disorder and believes he might be on it.
“I think, on a very drawn-out scale, I think I’m on the spectrum,” Seinfeld revealed. When Williams asked what the markers are, Jerry replied, “You know, never paying attention to the right things. Basic social engagement is really a struggle. I’m very literal. When people talk to me and they use expressions, sometimes I don’t know what they’re saying,” adding, “I don’t see it as dysfunctional. I just think of it as an alternate mindset.” Hmm, we can see that.
Dean McDermott is a liar… so says Candy Spelling
When we hear about McDermott’s pants, the story is usually about him not being able to keep them on for women other than wife Tori Spelling. But Tori’s mom, Candy, is letting us all know that Dean’s pants are also on fire. Last week, McDermott told Access Hollywood that his mother-in-law has not helped out his family financially at all but Candy — who lives in a manor that features a bowling alley, an entire floor of closets and parking that accommodates up to 100 vehicles — is calling him out.
“Candy has provided financial help in the past and has offered repeatedly to pay for the children’s private schooling and Tori has never told her where to send the money,” her rep told Access Hollywood. “Candy reaches out often to see them and unfortunately Tori and Dean are not often responsive.”
Tori has yet to speak out about this but she probably loves the attention. Expect a tweet, craftily written statement or some sort of reaction very, very soon.
Dancing With the Stars alum arrested for grand theft
Trouble continues to plague Andy Dick. The actor-comedian was arrested on Friday but not for drinking or drugs-related crimes he is often associated with. Dick allegedly stole a necklace, meaning he now has a grand theft charge to add to the “legal troubles” component of his Wikipedia page.
TMZ reports the DWTS alum was riding his bike, approached a man and asked if he could see his chain, the guy complied and Andy took off. The owner reported the theft and police tracked him down, arresting him for felony grand theft but released him after he posted bail. Oh, Andy, has Lindsay Lohan taught you nothing?
Martha Stewart owns Blake Lively
Unlike the goings-on between M-Stew and Gwyneth Paltrow, Lively knows her place. Let’s be serious. We know Martha is the lifestyle queen, Blake knows it and the only person who might not is Goop — and that’s fine.
Stewart’s third annual American Made Summit event took place on Saturday and she invited Lively up on stage for a chat in which Lively recalled a conversation that took place between the two women and Blake’s husband, Ryan Reynolds. “When we met Martha, she was like, ‘I’ll ride motorcycles with you, Ryan.’ That’s the only woman that can creep up on my man and I would be OK with it.”
Yeah, we’d probably be OK with it too.
