In a recent interview with Vogue magazine, the Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 star Jennifer Lawrence, let on that, despite all her success (or maybe because of it), she’s still just one more lonely girl.

“No one ever asks me out,” she told Vogue. “I am lonely every Saturday night. Guys are so mean to me. I know where it’s coming from, I know they’re trying to establish dominance, but it hurts my feelings.”

It’s nice, in a commiserative way, to hear (if a touch hard to believe) that even Hollywood A-listers feel the Saturday Night Lonelies. But every Saturday night?

Being the highest paid woman in showbiz, according to Forbes, apparently has a way of alienating you in the dating pool.

“I feel like I need to meet a guy, with all due respect, who has been living in Baghdad for five years who has no idea who I am,” Lawrence said in the interview. (There are, in fact, thousands of men who have been living in Baghdad for five years, and they can be easily found in Baghdad.)

When and if she does find that guy, which she’s not “banking on,” she’ll be ready to commit.

“I can’t wait to be married. I feel like if I find that one person who I want to spend the rest of my life with, who I want to be the father of my children, that I would absolutely not f**k it up.”

It’s these touching displays of honesty that remind us that even the biggest celebrities are human, too. Because sitting in a mansion eating $500 ice cream in $200 sweats (we can only assume), is something we can all relate to…only, in a condo eating $7 ice cream in $30 sweats.

It’s basically the same thing.
