What you need
- 1.5 oz Chic Choc rum
- 4 oz. Thai Kitchen coconut milk
- 1/2 oz. orange liqueur
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 oz. maple syrup
- 1 oz. water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 0.03 oz. nutmeg
How it’s made
- Load all wet ingredients into a pot until it reaches a heavy steam.
- Double-strain into a mug to ensure there is no leftover grit and residue.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
