Justin Bieber is back, baby, and he's down with the kids. After a hiatus from the spotlight, he's bringing his A-game with singles, albums, a docu-series and something that wasn't even a thing when he left: TikTok choreography. You see, JB doesn't let age define him—he's a Millennial, but he can get down with Gen Z, too.Tuesday night, as part of his week-long residency at The Late Late Show with James Corden, the Biebs debuted some new moves during his much-hyped episode of "Carpool Karaoke" that nearly broke The Late Late Show and shook every CK viewer to their core.Sporting his bleached-out blonde hair and that controversial ‘stache (which he has since shaved off), Biebs and James harmonized to new singles, "Yummy," "Intentions," and last year’s Ed Sheeran duet "I Don’t Care," all of which was a joy and a delight, but the real star of this karaoke sesh was the friendly bickering between the two. Biebs and James have done this before, and they seem to feel so comfortable around each other, they take playful shots like an old married couple.
“Your delivery is trash!” The Biebs jabbed as James (who we'll remind you, is literally a Tony-winner) tried to come up with a dance routine to "Yummy." Choreo for the single has been all the rage on TikTok recently, with JB encouraging his fans to keep posting videos, but we had yet to see what Bieber's own dance to the song would be. Now, thanks to some prodding from James, Justin shared with us his ~official~ choreo, all while sitting in the car. That should appease all the cool kids on TikTok.After having his dance moves shot down, James got his revenge when he teased Justin about his perplexing offer last year to fight Tom Cruise.“That wouldn’t be much fun for you,” James deadpanned. “I’ve got to say, I think if me and you have a fight, you win. I think if you and Tom Cruise have a fight, I back Tom every day of the week.” Dang. That’s a deep cut. Proceed to James and Justin butting heads for like five minutes over whether or not Tom Cruise is actually a real-life bad-ass, culminating in the two of them arm-wrestling just to prove a point. Boys, simmer down![video_embed id='1902291']RELATED: Justin Bieber finally shaves his mustache[/video_embed]When you've done Carpool Karaoke as many times as JB, you might run out of songs to sing so it's always good to have some supplemental material in your back pocket. After establishing that Biebs, like the rest of the modern world, is a huge Friends fan, he blessed us with a remix of the Phoebe Buffay classic, "Smelly Cat." As far as covers of that song go, seriously one of the best. The sweetest and most heartfelt moment of the entire segment was when Justin gushed about his bride. “Being married is the best thing that’s ever happened to me,” he said whilst wistfully looking out the window. “She’s extraordinary.” The two famously spend plenty of time in Canada (and he’s not pleased with the new Tim Horton’s lids… we feel you there, buddeh), but according to him, they also spend a lot of time watching those Friends reruns. Then Justin admitted that at their wedding, he wasn’t planning to sing because he found it to be a bit corny, but he did take the mic for one special song—the song he used to sing on tour after pulling one lucky fan on stage—"One Less Lonely Girl." Except for Hailey, he changed the lyric to “One Last Lonely Girl” (the actual footage is in his YouTube docu-series). Absolutely beautiful and we love to see them so deeply in love!Watch The Late Late Show with James Corden weekdays at 12:37 a.m. ET on CTV.[video_embed id='1893795']RELATED: ‘Justin Bieber: Seasons’ director Michael D.
