It’s the moment the world has been waiting for. Comedy Central announced that the next star of their infamous roasts will be none other than Justin Bieber.
“Justin has been asking us for a few years to roast him, and we just kept telling him to go create more source material first. We’re thrilled he listened,” said Kent Alterman, President, Content Development & Original Programming, Comedy Central. And just as he did with his recent skewering on SNL, Biebs is loving it and took to Twitter to respond.
For years I have wanted Comedy Central to roast me. They said only if I provided them w/ more material so for a year now I have worked hard

Was all of Bieber’s questionable behaviour simply for the Roast’s purposes? Please. The kid ain’t that method. In any case, we’re sure nothing will be off limits and we can’t wait to see how far The Roast of Justin Bieber will go.
His humble YouTube beginnings:
The release of his first album, My World, which was so successful, seven of its songs broke into the Billboard Top 100:
His on-off relationship with Selena Gomez:
The paternity test heard ’round the world:
His fights with the paparazzi:
His skirmishes with the law:
His Calvin Klein ad:
And of course, his hair.
His ever-changing hair.
It’s going to be a wild night. Can you handle it? Can he? Heck, yeah!
The Roast of Justin Bieber will tape in Los Angeles and will air later this year on The Comedy Network in Canada and Comedy Central in the U.S.
