Justin and Hailey Bieber seem like couple goals to a lot of people who love the way they can play the Floor is Lava or ski-ball together, or talk so openly about pimples and skin care routines. So now, as the couple celebrates their one-year wedding anniversary, it should come as a surprise to no one that these two had the sweetest things to say about each other on social media.

1 year ago we had the best wedding. Wish I could live this day over and over ??

On September 30 the couple took to Instagram to mark their anniversary with some black-and-white throwback photos that had fans everywhere reliving Hailey’s gorgeous gown (with the words “Till death do us part” etched at the end of the train), not to mention the sweet moment they confirmed their nuptials. “1 year ago we had the best wedding. Wish I could live this day over and over,” Hailey wrote in her post, which included some close-up shots of her and the Biebs. For his part, Bieber had a few more words to express how he feels about his bride one year in. “Hailey Bieber. I am so lucky to be YOUR husband! You teach me so much everyday and make me such a better man!” the 26-year-old wrote. “I am committed for the rest of our lives to empower you to be the woman God has called you to be! My heart is to enable you to achieve all of your wildest dreams! I promise to always put you first, to lead with patience and kindness!! Happy anniversary my beautiful sweet girl.”
“My person,” Hailey, 23, wrote back in the comments, with a heart-eyed emoji. Meanwhile, for fans who were a bit confused by the one-year anniversary celebrations, Hailey also took to her Instagram stories to remind people that although she and Bieber secretly got marriage licenses two years ago, their lavish, star-studded wedding in South Carolina was one year ago.Bieber proposed to Hailey with a reported $500,000 engagement ring in the summer of 2019 when the pair were enjoying some fun in the sun in the Bahamas. Their official marriage took place a couple of months later, on September 13 at a New York City courthouse. To celebrate that anniversary the pair reportedly had a low-key weekend together a couple of weeks ago. According to People, a source revealed that, “They spent a quiet weekend in Los Angeles. They can’t believe they have already been married for two years… it’s been an amazing two years. They are very happy and doing great although they acknowledge that this year is chaos.”That’s one way of putting the year that has been 2020. Still, Justin and Hailey have been weathering it pretty well. At first they were hunkered down in Canada, where they debuted a new reality show, The Biebers on Watch. Justin also got creative musically while in quarantine, releasing the collaboration “Stuck With U” with Ariana Grande. Then in August he reportedly met up with Shawn Mendes for a potential collaboration, which could have been all shades of awkward considering Mendes and Hailey are exes. And in September he dropped “HOLY” with Chance the Rapper.Given all that, it’s almost hard to believe that the official wedding was a year ago. Here’s hoping for many more years of bliss for the happy couple[video_embed id='-1']BEFORE YOU GO: Girl crashes her dad's boat and is very apologetic right away[/video_embed]
