All good

Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook have it all figured out. No, they really, really do. They're still living in separate places while their home together is being built but if you thought that was frustrating for the kinda-sorta newlyweds, it's anything but."I made headlines saying that we don't live together yet. And people went crazy," Cuoco said on The View. "They couldn't believe it." She explained that their different abodes are due to their jobs, which require them to be in different cities. (Cook's an equestrian who travels to various competitions while Cuoco currently works and resides in New York City.) But don't fret. Kaley and Karl will be reunited in the same place soon. "We're actually building our house together right now," Cuoco explained, and not for the first time. "We just haven't been under the same roof."She didn't understand what all the fuss was about, describing their situation as "working great," adding, "We love it, so I don't know why people have such an issue." Well, because it's not common, especially for those in the throes of a new marriage. But for those who have been married for a while? We totally get it. If anything, it's inspiring. Where do we sign up?

This is how Charlize transformed into Megyn Kelly

Actors are known for transforming themselves for roles, especially when they're portraying someone who actually exists IRL. And while Charlize Theron and Megyn Kelly are both blonde and beautiful, that's where the similarities end. But for the upcoming film, Bombshell, in which Theron plays Kelly, the resemblance is uncanny. And according to Charlize, it was all in the details."We worked with the greatest [special effects makeup artist], Kazu Hiro," Theron told The Hollywood Reporter. "It's really hard to get him to do new stuff. But I did a lot of begging and he came on and designed eight [prosthetic] pieces for me. Two of them basically covered my entire eyelids."She added: "It was very intricate work. Intricate work where you still need to be able to do what you need to do, like blink."

Katie Couric addressed the newest sexual assault allegations against Matt Lauer

While many of us have been wondering what Ann Curry has to say about any of the allegations against her former Today co-host, Matt Lauer, another woman who spent a lot of time with both of them has spoken up.Katie Couric spoke at female empowerment event, Women Who Inspire, and revealed her thoughts on what's been going on as of late."As you can imagine, I've thought a lot about this over the last two years because it has been, to use the phrase that many have used, a reckoning," began Couric, according to Variety. "It's been painful for me on many levels, especially when it comes to understanding what was going on with Matt, who I think ultimately turned out to be two very different people, in terms of my relationship with him versus some of the other things that were going on."Couric said that her time in the business was very different back then, and the industry "was absolutely rife with men with lots of power," but also acknowledged that so much still needs to be done. "We need many more women in leadership positions in journalism and broadcast news," Couric said. "Things don't really change unless you have a woman with real authority and decision-making opportunities, and I really do believe that the atmosphere of a company and the standards, they all come from the top."It was in January 2018 that Katie described Matt's firing from Today as "painful," and everything she's heard was "disturbing, distressing and disorienting" and "completely unacceptable that any woman at the Today show experienced this kind of treatment." She also explained to People that she had no idea that any of it was going on but described a different Lauer (one who was "kind and generous") than the one others unfortunately came to know. "It's been nearly a month since Ronan Farrow's book, Catch and Kill: Lies, Spies, and a Conspiracy to Protect Predators, was released where in it, Brooke Nevils alleged that Lauer raped her in 2014. Lauer denied everything, saying their relationship was "consensual" and he has "never assaulted anyone or forced anyone to have sex."

John Travolta shared a rare pic of his son following in his footsteps

Like father, like son. John Travolta may be an actor with a penchant for breaking out into song and dance, but he's also a pilot. And while the father of two rarely posts photos of his children, he made an exception with eight-year-old Ben, who is looking more and more like his dad every day.

Duchess Kate borrowed more jewellery from The Queen

The Queen was in a sharing mood this weekend, at least when it comes to her granddaughter-in-law, Duchess Kate, and some pieces from her jewellery collection. For Remembrance weekend festivities, Kate borrowed earrings from Her Maj. The first pair was a pearl and diamond number and they looked simple and stunning.
As for Remembrance Sunday, for the service at the Cenotaph, Kate stuck with pearl, but drop earrings instead — also from The Queen's collection. Kate has worn this pair before, in fact, twice in 2016 for overseas trips to Canada and the Netherlands.

On #RemembranceSunday The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge joined Her Majesty The Queen and members of @TheRoyalFamily, as the nation honoured those who have lost their lives in conflict. The Duchess of Cambridge joined The Queen and The Duchess of Cornwall on the balcony of the Foreign Office for the National Service of Remembrance, as The Prince of Wales laid a wreath at the Cenotaph on behalf of The Queen, who is Head of the Armed Forces, followed by The Duke of Cambridge, The Duke of Sussex, The Duke of York, and Members of the Royal Family. Every year, the nation unites on Remembrance Sunday, traditionally held at 11am on the second Sunday in November, to honour the service and sacrifice of our Armed Forces community, the British and Commonwealth veterans, the Allies that fought alongside us and the civilian servicemen and women involved in the two World Wars and later conflicts ?PA / Crown Copyright #WeWillRememberThem

The website, Her Majesty's Jewel Vault, noted that Kate has also worn Her Majesty's Bahrain pearls at previous Remembrance Day services, as well as during 2019's Trooping the Colour. The Duchess has also borrowed other pieces including necklaces, bracelets, brooches and tiaras. One of the many perks of having the Queen in your family.
