Kaley Cuoco has really had us in our feels over The Big Bang Theory lately (see: her reaction to the final table read) and she delivered again Thursday night when she dedicated the show’s most recent episode to one of its biggest fans. Kaley took to Instagram shortly before the show aired to shout out mega-fan Isaiah who has attended every taping of BBT‘s 12th and final season.

“[Isaiah] has sat in the front row of our audience for the entire run of season 12,” Kaley wrote. “He suffers from [Epidermolysis Bullosa], yet when I look into the crowd, he always has the biggest smile on his face. He has become quite a key player here at BBT and I couldn’t love him more.”

“Isaiah, thank you for always reminding me how a smile can change an entire day. You are an inspiration and I will fight with you to find a cure!!”

Kaley also tagged the official Instagram for The Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation which is working to find a cure for the rare genetic skin disorder. The foundation has a number of celebrity sponsors including Cuoco, Courteney Cox and Josh Brolin.

This isn’t the first time Kaley has posted about Isaiah either. She’s known him for years and had him visit the Big Bang set back in 2017 when they were filming season 10. She’s actually invited several kids she met through her work with the EBMRF to the set over the years, often posting sweet photos and encouraging messages about finding a cure.
