Everyone can go ahead and feel a little bit better about themselves, because apparently even the Duchess needs fashion advice every once in a while. And here we thought Kate’s signature style was all self-made.

As it turns out, Middleton, who famously goes without a stylist but still manages to capture best-dressed lists practically every week, does have someone she turns to when she needs a second opinion. And apparently that person is none other than Cara Delevingne’s mom, Pandora.

It’s not a completely far-fetched connection, mind you. The Delevingnes have their own royal connections, since Pandora’s mom Jane Sheffield was a lady-in-waiting to Queen Elizabeth II’s sister, Princess Margaret. Pandora and Kate have reportedly known each other for years, but Pandora is also a personal shopper for Selfridges – a British department store. She’s basically spent her whole career giving tips to celebs and rich people, so if she just-so-happened to dole some of that advice out to Middleton, well you couldn’t blame her.

We have to say we’re digging her style so far at any rate. Florals and bangs definitely suit her.

Pandora supposedly advised both the powder blue Jenny Packham dress that Kate wore to the London premiere of the new James Bond film Spectre, and the Erdem floral frock she donned to the 1000 Women in Hedge Funds gala dinner at the Victoria and Albert museum last October.

Even if the Erdem dress is a little more modern than Kate’s traditional style, if you asked us…Middleton could wear a paper bag and look good. These looks are certainly no exception.

Guess it pays to have friends in high (fashion) places after all.
