Kate Moss’ feelings towards the paparazzi are widely known, considering several years back she and her daughter were all but mauled at LAX. It’s something Moss will never, ever forget, but it seems the same can’t be said for the paps. Because seven years later, the photographers snapping away outside Club Haussmann in Paris had no idea what they were in for when they tried to get shots of the supermodel arriving at the joint on Friday.
Moss was with Lady Gaga and members of the singer’s staff and the group was headed back into the posh club. According to Page Six, Kate was “steps away from the entrance when, in a flash, she spun on her heels, furrowed her brow and attacked one photographer.” She grabbed him by the coat and was about to take a swing before a man from Gaga’s entourage stopped her.
It took a bodyguard and another woman to hold Moss back and pry her off of the stunned photographer. Gaga was visibly shocked, since the most violent she’s ever gotten was wearing a dress made from cuts of dead cows.
Police showed up later to make sure no one had been injured and while there’s been no word of the paparazzo filing any charges against Moss, we wonder how long before the next photographer tries to take Kate’s pic. Or maybe they’ve finally learned not to mess with her. Hey, she helped spur a law aimed at reining in the paparazzi back in 2010; she’s more than capable of finding new ways to get them off her back.
