No amount of cash can buy perfect reception, but if you’re hanging with your best friend, pretending that stacks of dollar bills are cellular devices, you probably don’t need to call anyone anyway. You’ve got everything you need right there. Khloe Kardashian and Malika Haqq are the best type of friends, the kind that spends together…and plays make believe together.
Speaking of super close friends, Gigi Hadid proves that she’s got all sorts of pals in high places, including Barbie herself, who donned an itty-bitty doll version of the supermodel’s latest fashion collab with Tommy Hilfiger. And so does Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who was met in New York by a set of monogrammed pillows by Ralph Lauren Home–and on a sunny bench by a pile of adorable puppies. Meanwhile Wiz Khalifa, Seth Rogen and Snoop Dogg bro’d down over their shared love for Mary Jane.
Yup, it’s been a week of friendship building in celeb social media. But it turns out famous bffs spend their time together a little differently than we do.
Barbie rocks It-model Gigi Hadid’s new fashion collab with Tommy Hilfiger
Hadid’s fashion collab, TOMMYxGiGi just launched at New York Fashion Week, which is a pretty impressive line item for the 21-year-old to add to her resume. And while we’re not sure Gigi is old enough to appreciate just how awesome Barbie was in her prime, we sure are. We’d be having a minor (read: major) freak out if our fav childhood doll wore a fashion line we’d designed.
Britney Spears does an awesome split jump
Celebs have a lot of free time on their hands to sculpt their bods. And Britney Spears is totally back on the #fitspo train. Our fav pop princess from the early aughts was snapped mid air, and oooooooh-wee, does she ever look good! If we had a few extra hours in the day, we’d totally hire a personal trainer to perfect our leaping skills.
Ralph Lauren gives Rosie Huntington-Whiteley a monogrammed pillow
It’s no Barbie, but still, this monogrammed pillow set Ralph Lauren presented to Rosie during NYFW is pretty spiffy. We have monogrammed pillows, too, but that’s because Jude from our book club is a whiz with a needle and thread. Don’t tell Rosie (or Lauren), but we think ours are better.
The only thing softer than monogrammed pillows? A pile of puppies.
Before she got all snuggled down in her fresh new pillows in NYC, Rosie found herself in the warm vortex of an all-out puppy pile. There were a couple daschunds and a poodle-ish something, plus Rosie’s cozy patchwork sweater–it looks like pretty much the best place to spend an autumn afternoon.
Kanye gets rid of his phone to make room to create. Tweets from iPad
Apparently Yeezy needs a digital cleanse. We could all do with a little time away from the devices, right? The only problem, though, is how to tell your millions of followers that you’re taking a break. Twitter isn’t against the rules of a digital diet, is it?

Khloe Kardashian uses wads of cash as a cell phone. Still gets great reception
You know when you have so much money, you don’t know what to do with it other than play pretend? No? Well, not to worry, because Khloe K does. Her and bff Malika Haqq turned stacks of dollar dollar bills (which, yeah, they just happen to have sitting around) into pretend phones. We’ve never had stacks of money like this, but we’d probably do the same if we did.
Seth Rogen, Snoop Dog and Wiz Khalifa go to work, just like the rest of us. Sort of
Noon, Wednesday. Us: at our desks, typing. Seth Rogen, Snoop Dog and Wiz Khalifa: getting stoned off joints the size of a baby’s arm. But seriously, this is a part of the creative process for some. (We hear they have the most amazing catering in their brainstorming sessions.)

Lady Gaga takes over the official Instagram story account. All the fun ensues
With a new album launching, Gaga took to Instagram’s Instagram channel to get the message out. Instagram itself handed over the reigns to their account so the star could post behind the scenes video snippets to their story (you know, the new video feature on Insta that you’ve been reluctant to try). Gaga is a superb entertainer, so it’s no surprise that it was amaze. We’ve never had a brand ask us to share behind the scenes footage of our life, and though it may not be quite as interesting as Gaga’s, we’d still totally do it. Incidentally, check out our new album.
