It was earlier this year that Khloe Kardashian kicked Tristan Thompson out for good after he was reported to have made moves on family friend Jordyn Woods. It caused a huge rift within the Kardashian fam, since Kylie and Jordyn were BFFs, and the world weighed in on whether Jordyn was to blame or if it was solely Tristan's indiscretion and whether Khloe should forgive and forget or excise him from her life. That old adage about time healing all wounds seems to have come, ahem, true for Khloe. After spending the last 10 months focusing on herself and her daughter, Khloe has come to a place of peace and forgiveness and revealed that she wanted all the negativity out of her life. On the last episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the scenes between Khloe and Tristan were actually pretty friendly—and many fans didn't understand how she could treat him in that manner but not give Kylie's former bestie that same courtesy. Khloe took to her Instagram Stories to share her thoughts.

'Peace and happiness for all'

"As much as I hate speaking on all of this because I'm sure everybody is over it, as am I, but I'm frustrated that people try to create something that's not really there" the post read. "I don't hold any negative or hateful feelings towards ANYONE! I mean that. Life is short!"[caption id="attachment_4674872" align="alignleft" width="960"] Instagram/Khloe Kardashian[/caption]But along with feeling hurt and pain, Khloe added that she's also "allowed to forgive," protect her space and choose who she wants in her life and who she doesn't.The note continued: "I'm also allowed to wish people well and sincerely mean it. Doesn't mean I have to be their best friend. I want nothing but beautiful blessings for EVERYBODY that has ever been in my life. Regardless of what they have done or not done to me."Nutshell? Kardashian wants people to be "kinder in this world," adding that mistakes happen along the way but that's how we as humans grow."If we are blessed enough, we get to grow to be incredibly kind and beautiful people," she wrote. "I wish that for everybody in the world. I want peace and happiness for ALL! I have been working on me from the inside out. I crave peace and happiness in this new year and forever after."She followed up that message with another post, clarifying that all the forgiveness talk wasn't solely about Thompson but meant for Woods as well."That message is for Jordyn," Kardashian wrote. "It's for anyone else who has ever hurt me. For some reason people want to assume that I'm talking only about Tristan. This message applies to ALL parties involved in situations that have ever hurt me. I have moved on, found forgiveness and wish you only happiness and joy!"Khloe refuses to allow hate to consume her and only wants to focus on the positive. Who can blame her? And while the things that have happened to her may be challenging, Khloe keeps her chin up and continues to only want to see the good.

I can’t wait until we can have conversations. My best friend!

In the KUWTK episode that caused such a kerfuffle, Thompson had showered Kardashian with gifts, including what Tristan referred to as a promise ring, and told her he wanted to get back together. But Khloe wasn't ready for that and co-parenting their daughter seems to be her main focus.Khloe managed to remain civil with Tristan and while one could assume it was for the sake of their daughter True, now we know that she's also doing it for herself. To wit; "Forgiveness is a strength, not a weakness." It takes more energy to hate than forgive so if she wants that burden off her back, whether it's about her ex, Woods, or anyone else who's done her wrong, good for Khloe.Whatever it takes to get to that peaceful place.Watch Keeping up With the Kardashians Sunday nights at 9pmET on E!
