Many of us plant to have a will drawn up, and many of us will include personal details like how money and property is to be divided amongst family or who gets the record collection. And while Kim Kardashian’s will has got to include important stuff like that, the 37-year-old has also made a specific beauty request in her legal doc.

“I put it in my will that I have to always have my hair done if I am like, cannot talk to myself or like, communicate,” Kim told her mom, Kris Jenner, on the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which aired on Monday night, People reports. “So I will make sure that your hair is always done if you don’t know your name. You’ll have great hair,” she added.

Well, now we know. Kimmy has legally requested that someone maintain her glorious locks, even if–heaven forbid–she’s bedridden, in a vegetative state and unable to communicate whether she wants a sleek lob or her strands pulled back into a tight chignon. This random beauty request pretty much guarantees that the eldest Kardashian will forever have better hair than 99 per cent of the rest of the world. On Twitter, some playfully tossed the sass back at Kim after learning about her demand:

And while Kim’s ‘always have my hair perfectly coiffed’ clause may seem a tad silly, especially to those of us who simply let our hair dry naturally or throw on a hat and call it a day, she’s certainly not the first famous person to make bizarre hair demands in a will, just the most recent.

Nearly 200 years ago, in 1821, Napoleon Bonaparte requested in his will that his hair be preserved and “a bracelet to be made of it, with a little gold clasp,” then sent to a specific list of family and friends. Now that is a weird request. Thankfully, it doesn’t sound like Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall or Kylie will end up with tiny hair bracelets from their sister when she passes, but the Kardashian Klan can rest assured that when it is Kim’s time to go, her hair will be as magnificent and silky as ever.
