Lady Gaga was a bridesmaid at her best friend's wedding

Lady Gaga is one of the most famous people in the world, but for her friends, the singer will wear whatever dress they pick out and help the bride pee if necessary. Gaga was a bridesmaid in friend and makeup artist Sarah Tanno’s wedding over the weekend, with the bride saying ‘I do’ with groom Tim Stewart during a beachside wedding in Cabo, Mexico.Gaga shared a snap from the wedding on her IG stories, which showed the Born This Way singer sporting long pink hair to match her Jonathan Simkhai satin cowl neck gown. Gaga initially dyed her hair pink in October to mark the one year anniversary of the soundtrack for A Star Is Born being released and kept her flowing locks for the nuptuals.

Tanno has also been busy updating her social media throughout her wedding weekend, with the makeup artist posting a picture of her extended bridal party during the rehearsal dinner. Tanno captioned the group shot “What a perfect rehearsal dinner under the stars with all my besties.”

Gaga posted pics and videos of the celebration throughout the evening, including a boomerag of the happy couple only moments after saying ‘I do.’

Gaga also shared four videos on her Instagram stories showing the popstar dancing on a bar with the bride while Usher’s “Yeah” plays over the loudspeakers, which means you can be a famous Grammy and Oscar winning superstar, but if you’re a bridesmaid, you’re still a bridesmaid.

Tanno and Gaga have been friends and colleagues for years, with the pair working together since 2011’s The Monster Ball Tour. Tanno was also instrumental in the creation of Gaga’s new makeup line Haus Laboratories, which made its debut on Amazon this year.

Gaga attended Tanno’s bachelorette party in October, but the singer revealed that she was still in a lot of pain after an accident during a live show. Only days before the party, Gaga had invited a fan onstage during her Lady Gaga Enigma residency in Las Vegas. The fan proceeded to hug Gaga and pick her up, quickly losing his balance and falling off the stage while still holding the singer. Gaga was a pro and immediately got back on stage, taking the fan with her and imploring the audience to be kind to him. While Gaga said at the time that she was fine, her post for Tanno’s bachelorette reveals that the singer was more hurt than she let on initially. Now *that’s* the kind of bridesmaid you want on your side.
