March Break is fast approaching—do you know how you’re going to fill an entire week with kid-friendly entertainment? How about kicking off the kids’ vacation time with an afternoon or evening that combines board games and movies: a mini film fest complete with customized bingo boards. (That we’ve already made for you. You’re welcome.)
Print out the cards below—or better yet, have your little Siskel and Eberts draw and decorate their own, filling in each square with some of the content we’ve used. Then check out our suggestions for corresponding movies to screen or go ahead and choose your own titles (we’ve designed the cards to fit with a wide range of kid favourite films). Finally, pop some popcorn, and don’t forget the prizes!
SUGGESTED MOVIES: Not sure what to watch? We’ve put together a list of kid-friendly films that go perfectly with our movie night bingo cards. Pick two or go movie-crazy and make it a triple feature for maximum bingo fun. Try: any of the Harry Potter movies, Pixar favourites like Monsters Inc., The Incredibles, Brave, Ratatouille, Wall-E, or one of the Toy Story movies. Check out a stop-motion film like Chicken Run or Fantastic Mr. Fox or go for a live-action movie like E.T. or Home Alone. Then there are the fan favourites: The LEGO Movie, Despicable Me, The Boss Baby, Wreck-It Ralph, Shrek, Beauty and the Beast and (it really never gets old) Frozen.
