The Golden Globes have come and gone and that means we’re onto The Big One, The One Awards Show To Rule Them All—The Oscars. John Cho and Issa Rae got up early on a Monday morning to both make and break the days of their fellow celebs as they revealed the nominations for the 92nd Academy Awards.

Joker just edged out its fellow heavyweight films The Irishman, Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood and 1917 to score the most nominations, including one for Joaquin Phoenix. Bong Joon Ho’s Parasite and Greta Gerwig’s Little Women also made good showings with Greta scoring a writing nom after her Golden Globes snub (though no Best Director nom).

Marriage Story earned nominations for Scarlett Johansson, Laura Dern and Adam Driver while The Irishman brought recognition for both Al Pacino and Joe Pesci in the Supporting Actor category. In animation, the dark horse Globe-winner Missing Link scored a nomination along with Toy Story 4 and How to Train Your Dragon: Hidden World while Frozen II was noticeably absent.

See the entire list of nominations below and watch the 92nd Oscars on Sunday, February 9, 2020 on CTV.
