According to Lizzo, she’s 100 percent that b*tch. Also according to Lizzo, on October 31 she’s 100 percent that scary-ass b*tch. The musician made the mistake of answering her phone in October and saying yes to Ellen DeGeneres, who sent Lizzo through a haunted house with DeGeneres’ producer Andy Lassner. There was a lot of screaming and cursing on Lizzo and Lassner’s end, and a lot of laughing for anyone who didn’t have to go through the house.

As is the annual tradition on The Ellen Show, professional glutton for punishment Lassner was sent to a haunted house with a celebrity. Past victims have included Sarah Paulson, Ariana Grande, Chrissy Teigen, and Eric Stonestreet, who were kind enough to experience haunted houses at Universal Studios so that scaredy cat viewers (present!) don’t have to do it themselves. This year, Lizzo and Lassner took a spin through Pandora’s Cabinet of Curiosities at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights, a place where visitors pay big bucks to have their heart rates and relationships tested.

Sharing the video on Twitter, Lizzo was quick to point out that the haunted house was much scarier in person than it appears on TV, writing “It looks waaaay less scary than it was… don’t get it twisted… w/out that light it was a nightmare.”

Getting her scary-quota thanks to Ellen DeGeneres, Lizzo opted for a non-terrifying but still brilliant costume on Halloween. Debuting her look on Twitter, Lizzo dressed as, wait for it…a DNA test. If you thought you had the best Halloween costume this year, the truth hurts, because Lizzo is the official winner. Bling bling.

Lizzo wasn’t the only star to willingly subject herself to five minutes of torture in the form of a haunted house. Comedian and actor Tiffany Haddish also said yes to DeGeneres’ invite and joined Lassner in the Us house at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. Sharing the video on Thursday, DeGeneres wrote “My heart is so full.” It’s clear now that the daytime talk show host spends 355 days of the year being the most charitable and kind celebrity on the planet so that she can thoroughly enjoy torturing her famous friends and employees on Halloween and not feel bad about it. Ellen DeGeneres is brilliant.

Also, it’s amazing the clip between Lassner and Haddish was even shown on TV during the day. This may be a new record for bleeps in a five-minute video.
