As LGBT communities (and everyone else) around the world try to grapple with the senseless murders that took place in Orlando, Fla., a chorus of voices across the pond are garnering much needed attention.
The London’s Gay Men Chorus and their allies held a vigil and struck a beautiful chord as they sang the Simon & Garfunkel song “Bridge Over Troubled Water” in front of a massive crowd in Soho, London.
As the group said on their website: “We were incredibly proud to be able to take part – singing in the street and in a nearby churchyard with our friends…Thank you to everyone who came to show solidarity and support for Orlando.”
If this rendition doesn’t move you, we don’t know what will. Goosebumps, people. Goosebumps.
