Uncle Jesse won’t be shooting Fuller House from the big house after all.

Following his DUI charges from this past June, it was decided that John Stamos will not have to spend any time inside a pink, bunny rabbit-printed jail cell in the near future. (Shocking, we know.)

Earlier this week, a Superior Court Commissioner in Los Angeles slapped the Full House, Fuller House and Grandfathered star with three years probation for driving under the influence of a drug earlier this year. But no jail time.

Instead of sitting in the slammer, Stamos will have to participate in three months of an alcohol-abuse program, 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, and at least one addiction counseling session as a punishment. Beats lumpy prison beds, public toilets and jail food, right?

If Stamos completes the program and his probation with good behaviour, the charges will be dismissed and forgotten.

Lucky break, Uncle J!
