There were reports a couple of weeks ago that Madonna was going to adopt two more kids, but she was quick to put the kibosh on that. She claimed she was merely in Malawi to check on a children’s hospital and her charity, Raising Malawi, adding, “The rumors of an adoption process are untrue.” Well, guess Madonna’s leather pants are on fire, because the rumours were totally true.

If you’re keeping track, that makes six kids for the 58-year-old, who is mom to Lourdes (with ex Carlos Leon), Rocco (with ex-husband Guy Ritchie), David (whom she adopted from Malawi with Ritchie in 2008) and Mercy, whom she adopted a year later. Watch out, Angelina.
David and Mercy’s adoption process was a struggle for Madonna, with some Malawians accusing the government of allowing the singer to bypass laws that bar non-residents from adopting the country’s children. In the end, it all worked out for her family, but given everything they went through, it’s understandable why Madge wanted to keep the news as quiet as possible.
