Here’s a good reason to stay sober: A violent leopard is apparently terrorizing Himalayan villagers as they stumble home from their local watering hole. The animal is believed to have killed 12 people since January 2012, and now residents say they’re living in fear.

Drunk man wakes up in field of donkeys
“Ugh. What did I do last night?” A driver who went missing after a crash in New Mexico says he woke up surrounded by donkeys. All the man remembered was that he was drinking the night before, but he couldn’t explain how he ended up in the field. Police hit him with multiple citations, but they haven’t been made public.

Florida city reverses ban on saggy pants that threatened jail time
Florida: Where they ban pants instead of guns. The Ocala ordinance banned saggy pants on city property including sidewalks, parks, public pools and municipal buildings. But it soon faced criticism as many saw the ordinance as a way for the authorities to target young black males. The city has since decided saggy pants are a fashion choice, and not a police concern.

Suspect robs store with banana
Have you ever looked down the barrel of a banana?! Philadelphia police released surveillance video this week allegedly showing a man robbing a convenience store with what appears to be a gun tucked into his shirt. The only problem with his plan? You can actually see him grab the banana in the video and stick it into his sweater. Genius!
